I have zipped up the files in their own zips, one for the Presets, and one for the Brushes and Brush Tips then put them all in one zipped file. When you download the zip file unzip each within to the folder the zip is named for, i.e. presets.zip goes to your presets folder. Click here to download these Paint Brush presets. P.S. There are several bonus brushes not shown here included in the zip file.
